First impression was great, very nice and well kept from the outside. Great Wolf Lodge, my first time staying here. Unfortunately this is enough to prevent us from returning to your location but I would hate to see other kids come home with bacterial infections, and hope this is resolved.… I encourage you to do better when maintaining your water park and chemical levels so this doesn’t happen in the future. We’ve been to the Poconos location and have also been to Kalahari numerous times and have never had this happen. I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted.

However I took my baby to urgent care that night and the doctor told us that she has a bacterial skin infection that was most likely picked up at the water park due to there not being enough chemicals to kill the bacteria in the water. I was initially worried that maybe they picked up an illness which is to be expected at a place surrounded by children.

We’ve never been to the Sandusky location but have been to Poconos. My family and I drove there from NY and stayed 4/27-4/28.
